Add a step to choose your files.

The link holds the steps and their settings, never your files.

Saved in this browser only, with the steps and settings, never your files.

Works offline.Turn off your internet and try it: once this page has loaded, the tool keeps working, because your files never leave your device.

How to build and run a workflow

  1. Add steps from the list of tools, in the order they should run. For example: Images → PDF, then Rotate PDF, then Compress PDF.
  2. Set each step's options, as on the tool's own page. If a step cannot be added at that point, the page says why.
  3. Choose your files. The first step decides which: images for Images → PDF, two or more PDFs for Merge PDF, or one PDF for the other tools.
  4. Press Run. Each step runs on the result of the step before it, and you can see which step is running.
  5. Press Download to save the result. To use the workflow again, press Copy link to share it, or give it a name and save it in this browser.

Frequently asked questions

Are my files uploaded?

No. Your files never leave your device. Every step runs in your own browser, one after the other, and nothing is sent to a server.

Which steps can follow each other?

Each step works on the one PDF made by the step before it. So Merge PDF and Images → PDF can only be the first step, and steps that make several files, Split PDF and PDF → Images, can only be the last. Split PDF with "Extract pages into one PDF" makes one PDF, so other steps can follow it.

What happens if a step fails?

The workflow stops at that step and tells you which step failed and why. You can still download the result of the last step that worked, and your own files stay on the page so you can try again.

What does a workflow link contain?

Only the steps and their settings, never your files or their names. Anyone who opens the link gets the same workflow and chooses their own files.

Where are saved workflows kept?

In this browser, on this device: only the name you give and the steps with their settings, never files. Clearing the site's data removes them. If your browser does not allow storage, for example in some private windows, the page says so and everything else still works.

Is it free?

Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how often you run a workflow.
